History and experience
David Duffy BBus GAICD AMSF was born in Dubbo and has worked majority of his career in regional New South Wales. He formed Success From Within in 1999 and was one of the first business coaches to join Mindshop where he is an Accredited Mindshop Facilitator Expert. David Has been coaching regional family businesses and using the the Mindshop process and tools with great success.

David has been a successful business owner in 9 business including 2 with international operations. This provides him with a real empathy with his client about the demands of managing and growing a business. He understand the complexity and pressures of businesses and issues associated with managing and leading team.

He has a strong background in accounting, finance and the implementation and development of strategy. He has been national guest speaker for the past 25 years at business conferences. He regularly conduct workshops and webinars to
develop business leaders capabilities, challenge mindsets and present strategies to address changes in the business environment.

David is currently an independent Mindshop Expert and provides consulting and coaching in family business strategy, facilitating strategic planning workshops, training on business skills to build business acumen and capability and enhance leader ability to lead, empower and coach their teams. The
His strengths are coaching the implementation of strategy through his problem solving abilities. He assist leaders to remain focus, accountable and supported.
He also undertakes advisory board work, facilitates business groups, offering virtual coaching and training and general business consulting to business. He has extensive experience in working with primary producers, food processes, manufactures, professional services firms, agri-businesses and wholesalers and retailers.
In his spare time he loves to be involved in his families activities. He is actively involved in Rotary, community work and coaching children. He enjoys cycling, golf, skiing and other outdoor activities.
